The Co-Leads of the Watchlisting Guidance Manual Initiative, the United Nations and the United States, held the first of a series of Technical Workshops on the Application of Watchlists of Known and Suspected Terrorists, Including Foreign Terrorist Fighters.  This webinar focused on Screening Procedures, Legal and Policy Frameworks, and Procedural Safeguards for the Effective Implementation of Terrorist Watchlists.
