The GCTF's Good Practices on Addressing the Challenge of Returning Families of Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTFs) provides non-binding guidelines for good practices for the timely detection and identification of returning FTFs and their family members, with special attention given to women, juvenile recruits and children.
