CAIRO - Egypt - The GCTF Capacity-Building in the East Africa Region Region Working Group Co-Chairs, Egypt and the European Union, convened their first Plenary Meeting of the Working Group under its new scope and two-year mandate endorsed by the GCTF Coordinating Committee Meeting in New York on 18 September 2017.

AMMAN - Jordan - The Plenary Meeting was the first under the new Working Group co-chairs, Jordan and the United States, as endorsed at the Eighth GCTF Ministerial Plenary Meeting in New York, on 20 September 2017.

SINGAPORE - Singapore - The GCTF Nexus between Transnational Organized Crime and Terrorism Initiative ("Nexus Initiative") Third Regional Meeting was held in Singapore under the leadership of the of the Netherlands.

TOKYO - Japan - On 20 March 2018, the Thirteenth GCTF Coordinating Committee Meeting took place in Tokyo, Japan, co-chaired by GCTF Co-Chairs, Morocco and the Netherlands.

THE HAGUE - the Netherlands - The GCTF Criminal Justice and Rule of Law Working Group, supported by the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism -The Hague (ICCT), convened an Expert Meeting in The Hague, the Netherlands, with the aim to launch the development of Recommendations on the Collection, Use and Sharing of Evidence for Purposes of Criminal Prosecution of Terrorist Suspects.
