The meeting brought together 51 government and multilateral organization representatives from 18 countries and six organizations to review and discuss the first draft Rabat - Washington Good Practices on the Prevention, Detection, Intervention and Response to Homegrown Terrorism. The Good Practices document aims to support practitioners and policy makers to address homegrown terrorism and focuses on concrete measures to effectively tackle underlying issues in a coordinated manner.
