The GCTF Co-Chairs, Canada and Morocco, hosted the Eighteenth GCTF Coordinating Committee Meeting in a virtual format on 24 and 25 March 2021.
The Coordinating Committee—which provides strategic guidance to the Forum—reviewed ongoing work and reinforced its relationship with the GCTF Inspired Institutions and the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Coordination Compact. During the meeting, the GCTF Working Groups, Initiatives, the Inspired Institutions and the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Coordination Compact presented updates on their activities.
The GCTF also presented its revamped website and announced the launch of its Twitter account. The website provides a communications and outreach platform to highlight ongoing activities and success stories and to underline the Forum’s cooperation and coordination with its many partners. The GCTF on Twitter provides another platform to highlight good news and collaboration within our global community.
